Job Summary
We are looking to hire qualified Finance Executives and Senior Finance Executives to strengthen our finance team, with a preference for candidates experienced in the healthcare sector. The ideal professionals will possess a solid foundation in finance and accounting, coupled with hands-on expertise in financial reporting, taxation, and treasury management. This role requires managing daily financial operations, preparing precise financial statements, and ensuring strict adherence to applicable financial standards. Candidates with prior exposure to hospital environments or Chartered Accountant (CA) firms will find this position especially fitting.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply strong practical knowledge in Accounting, Taxation, and Treasury management to support financial operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and IAS standards.
- Oversee daily financial activities including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and budget management.
- Assist with tax planning initiatives, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and contribute to audit processes.
- Stay updated on evolving financial regulations and adapt efficiently to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Required Qualifications
- For Finance Executive roles: A bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is essential. Candidates currently pursuing or having completed professional certifications such as CA (Foundation/CFAP), ACCA, or ICMA (mid-level) are preferred.
- For Senior Finance Executive roles: An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Finance or Accounting is required, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Finance Executive candidates should have 2-3 years of experience working in finance departments, ideally within healthcare or hospital settings.
- Senior Finance Executive candidates must possess 3-5 years of experience focusing on financial reporting, accounting, taxation, and treasury functions.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience in healthcare finance, particularly within hospitals, is highly desirable.
- Experience gained in a CA firm will be considered an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems for financial data management will be beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel, is important for data analysis and reporting tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work effectively under changing financial regulations are essential traits.
- This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs60,000.
