Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy, and highly organized Executive Coordinator to provide dedicated support to our CEO remotely from our Karachi office. This full-time, on-site position requires managing daily executive tasks, communications, and utilizing AI-driven productivity tools to enhance workflow efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO based in Texas, USA, coordinating across multiple time zones to ensure seamless communication and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Coordination:
You will manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate activities across various time zones. Organizing and facilitating virtual meetings using Google Workspace and other platforms is essential. Additionally, you will be responsible for accurately recording meeting minutes and distributing actionable items promptly.
AI Integration & Productivity Tools:
A key part of this role involves researching, evaluating, and implementing emerging AI tools to streamline executive workflows. You will provide insights and training on AI-powered productivity platforms and continuously seek ways to optimize administrative processes through technology.
Administrative Support:
Maintaining well-organized records and documentation is critical. You will prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries using Microsoft Excel. Overseeing executive projects through project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Notion will also be part of your daily responsibilities.
Communication & Liaison:
Serving as a liaison between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders is vital. You will draft and manage professional email correspondence, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in all communications.
Required Qualifications
Education:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Experience:
While fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, prior experience in executive support or related roles will be advantageous.

Language Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Teams is mandatory. Familiarity with AI tools and productivity platforms such as Notion, Trello, and Asana is required. A strong interest in AI trends and their practical applications in the workplace is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

The working hours are from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday. This position is based on-site in Nazimabad, Karachi, and candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Karachi before starting work. The monthly salary for this role is up to Rs100,000.
