React Native Developer

Job Summary
We are urgently looking for a passionate React Native developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building high-performance mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. This role requires not only strong technical skills in architecting and developing mobile apps but also the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across the product stack. Key Responsibilities
Develop pixel-perfect, smooth, and responsive user interfaces for iOS and Android using React Native. You will leverage native APIs to implement deep integrations and platform-specific features that enhance user experience. Writing clean, maintainable code is critical, along with implementing automated testing to ensure the stability and reliability of applications.

You will manage the entire release process of applications to both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. When necessary, you will work with native modules, including bridging and integrating third-party libraries. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality, user-centric features.

Active participation in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the development team is expected to foster continuous improvement and maintain coding standards.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. You must have between 6 to 12 months of professional experience working with React Native, demonstrating a solid understanding of React Native best practices and mobile architecture principles.

Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript is essential. You should be skilled in building and rendering UI components using native APIs and experienced with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Recoil. Familiarity with routing solutions like React Navigation is also required.

Knowledge of modern frontend technologies, including HTML and CSS, is important for handling hybrid or web-based views. The ability to take full ownership of assigned tasks and deliver results with minimal supervision is a must.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience working with native code in Swift, Objective-C, Java, or Kotlin is a significant plus. Familiarity with Expo and React Native CLI workflows will be advantageous.

Understanding the app store deployment processes and mobile CI/CD pipelines is beneficial. Additionally, knowledge of mobile performance optimization techniques will help you excel in this role.
