Job Summary
Octacer, a dynamic technology company specializing in AI-driven automation, business consulting, and software development, is looking for a skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our Lahore-based team. This full-time, on-site role is perfect for a creative and motivated professional with strong content creation abilities and a deep understanding of social media marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be instrumental in elevating our brand’s digital presence and boosting engagement across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. These strategies must align closely with Octacer’s overall marketing goals to maximize brand visibility and audience interaction.

Create compelling, high-quality content including posts, videos, graphics, and stories customized for each social media channel. The content should resonate with our target audience and effectively communicate our brand message.

Manage online communities by actively monitoring social media channels, responding promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster positive engagement.

Plan and oversee social media advertising campaigns, which involves budget management, ad creation, precise audience targeting, and continuous performance assessment to ensure optimal results.

Use analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to track campaign performance. Analyze data to generate actionable insights and recommend improvements for future campaigns.

Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies to keep our campaigns innovative and competitive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure brand consistency and cohesive messaging across all digital platforms.

Identify and build relationships with influencers to expand brand reach and amplify our marketing efforts.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline.

A minimum of 2-3 years of practical experience in social media marketing, including strategy formulation, campaign execution, and performance analysis.

At least 2 years of experience in creating engaging content specifically for social media and digital marketing campaigns.

Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

Strong understanding of SEO principles and how to optimize content for social media platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Urdu.

In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Familiarity with social media KPIs, analytics tools, and methods for tracking and evaluating campaign success.

Exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

A creative mindset combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Compensation
This is a full-time position based in Lahore, offering a monthly salary of Rs50,000.
