Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior to Mid-Level MERN Stack Developer to join our forward-thinking development team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, with a strong emphasis on crafting visually appealing and highly interactive front-end applications. This full-time role offers a hybrid work setup, blending remote work with occasional on-site attendance at our Rawalpindi office for team collaboration, deployments, and project sprints.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using the MERN stack, ensuring high quality and performance. You will be responsible for creating user interfaces that are not only visually stunning but also responsive and user-friendly across devices. Writing clean, scalable, and well-documented code is essential to support maintainability and future enhancements.

Collaboration is key in this role; you will work closely with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and designs into functional, interactive code. Integrating front-end components with server-side logic will be a regular part of your tasks. You will also participate actively in code reviews and team meetings to uphold code quality and ensure alignment with project goals.

Debugging, testing, and optimizing applications to maximize speed and scalability will be part of your daily responsibilities. Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices is expected to continuously improve the development process. Additionally, you should be prepared to work on-site at the Rawalpindi office when required for critical team activities.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have between 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience working with the MERN stack. Strong proficiency in React.js is essential, demonstrated through a portfolio showcasing modern, attractive, and responsive front-end applications.

A solid understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and general web architecture principles is required. Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, is necessary for efficient collaboration and code management.

You must have the ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code effectively, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment are crucial. Flexibility to work from the office when requested is also important.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with front-end frameworks such as Next.js will be considered an advantage. Familiarity with modern UI libraries and design systems like Material-UI, Ant Design, or Tailwind CSS is a plus.

Knowledge of deployment processes and cloud services, including AWS and Heroku, will enhance your candidacy. Understanding Agile methodologies and practices is also preferred, as it aligns with our project management approach.
