Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team within the call center industry. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through targeted sales strategies. Key Responsibilities
The Business Development Executive will proactively identify and generate new business prospects through outbound calls, emails, and networking activities. Building and nurturing relationships with both potential and existing clients is essential to understand their unique needs and offer tailored solutions. You will be responsible for clearly presenting our company’s services to prospective clients via phone, virtual meetings, and in-person presentations.
Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management is a critical aspect of this role. You will prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to support the company’s growth objectives. Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential leads through regular market research is also expected.
Collaboration with operations and marketing teams is key to ensure alignment of sales strategies and campaigns. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline progress, and client communications using CRM tools is mandatory for effective tracking and reporting.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales is required, preferably within a call center or BPO environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential to succeed in this role.
Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets is highly valued. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess a strong work ethic, and demonstrate professionalism at all times. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho is required. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment is important.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in selling outsourcing or call center services, including inbound and outbound solutions, is a distinct advantage. Familiarity with lead generation tools and B2B sales strategies will be beneficial. Multilingual skills are considered a plus and can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
We offer a competitive salary package ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs150,000 per month, complemented by performance-based incentives. This position provides excellent opportunities for career growth and advancement within a dynamic and supportive work environment.
This is a full-time contract role for a duration of 12 months. The position requires in-person attendance at the designated work location.
