Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Islamabad on a full-time basis. This role is well-suited for candidates holding a bachelor’s degree or higher, whether you are an experienced call center professional or a fresh graduate eager to start your career. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for promptly and professionally handling customer queries to ensure a positive experience. You will work to resolve customer problems effectively, aiming to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. In addition to direct customer interaction, you will utilize social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to assist with communication and organizational tasks. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to support daily operations and contribute to the smooth functioning of the team.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree or higher. While prior experience in a call center environment is preferred, fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
