Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Cold Email Marketing Executive to join our team. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing cold email outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads. You will manage the entire process, including campaign setup, technical configuration, copywriting, testing, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach and a strong grasp of both strategic and technical aspects of cold email marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution: You will develop and manage cold email campaigns focused on lead generation and sales outreach. This includes overseeing sending tools, sequences, and scheduling to ensure high deliverability and engagement.
Technical Setup & Deliverability: Configure essential DNS records such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to authenticate senders. Monitor domain health regularly to maintain excellent inbox placement and protect sender reputation.
Lead Sourcing & List Building: Research and build prospect lists aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Enrich and validate contact data to ensure accuracy and maintain list quality.
Email Copywriting: Craft personalized, concise, and engaging cold emails and follow-up messages. Perform A/B testing on subject lines, email body content, and calls to action to improve open and response rates.
Tracking & Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators including delivery, open, reply, and conversion rates. Analyze campaign data and adjust strategies to continuously improve results.
Reporting & Insights: Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing campaign outcomes and insights. Offer data-driven recommendations for campaign enhancements based on trends and test results.
Tool & CRM Integration: Utilize and maintain email automation platforms such as HubSpot, Lemlist, Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, or similar tools. Ensure seamless synchronization of campaign activities and lead statuses with CRM systems.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and targeting strategies. Share insights and feedback to support content creation and campaign planning.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in cold email outreach or outbound lead generation.
- Strong understanding of email deliverability, including DNS configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and inbox placement best practices.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce compelling cold email copy.
- Proficiency in email automation tools such as Lemlist, Instantly, Apollo, Smartlead, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially in managing lead data or integrating outbound campaigns.
- Skilled in Google Sheets and Excel for managing lists and reporting.
- Basic familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Begin, or Zoho.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on results and campaign optimization.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in B2B SaaS or service-based outbound campaigns is a plus.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn automation and omnichannel outreach strategies.
- Familiarity with warm-up tools and inbox rotation techniques.
- Understanding of GDPR and cold email compliance best practices.
- Location: Bahria Town, Karachi, with transportation provided from multiple nearby locations including Sohrab Goth, Ayesha Manzil, Yaseenabad, Rub Medical Center, Gulshan Chowrangi, and others.
