Senior Truck Dispatcher- USA Campaign

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated full-time Truck Dispatcher to join our on-site team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating and scheduling trucking operations, ensuring smooth communication between drivers and clients, and monitoring shipments to guarantee timely deliveries. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule daily trucking activities with a focus on optimizing routes and delivery schedules to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with drivers and clients, providing timely updates and resolving any issues that arise during transit.
- Track shipments in real-time using GPS and dispatch software to ensure deliveries are on schedule and accurate.
- Keep detailed and precise records of all dispatch activities, shipment details, and related documentation.
- Manage administrative tasks related to dispatch operations, including preparing reports and maintaining necessary paperwork.
- Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with drivers, clients, and internal teams.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of transportation logistics and supply chain management principles.
- Proficiency in using dispatch software and GPS tracking systems to monitor shipments and coordinate routes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with meticulous attention to detail.
- Minimum educational requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or transportation are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- A minimum of one year’s experience as a Truck Dispatcher, ideally within the USA trucking or logistics sector.

- Competitive salary range from Rs 40,000 to Rs 60,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
