Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Resume Submission Executive to join our team at our Gulberg III office in Lahore. This full-time, on-site position focuses on managing and submitting candidate resumes to various U.S.-based job portals, with the goal of increasing interview opportunities and job placements for our clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in resume marketing and a solid understanding of U.S. job boards, ensuring that all submissions are accurate, timely, and aligned with daily and weekly targets.

Key Responsibilities
The Resume Submission Executive will be responsible for identifying and applying to relevant job listings across multiple U.S. job portals, including Dice, Indeed, Monster, and CareerBuilder. This role requires meticulous attention to detail in submitting resumes and maintaining comprehensive records of all applications. Meeting or exceeding daily and weekly submission goals is essential to support our client placement objectives. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate closely with team members to uphold the quality and consistency of resume marketing efforts, ensuring that all submissions reflect the highest standards.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in resume submission or managing job portal activities. Proficiency and familiarity with U.S. job portals are mandatory, as the role demands an in-depth understanding of these platforms. Strong written English communication skills are essential to accurately tailor and submit resumes. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple submissions efficiently. This is a full-time position requiring physical presence at our Gulberg III office in Lahore.

Compensation and Work Environment
