Job Summary
We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a full-time, in-person basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role, backed by a relevant degree or diploma. This position demands strong expertise in cost estimation, project budgeting, and contract management to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within budget. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs90,000.

Key Responsibilities
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for various construction projects. You will closely monitor and control project expenditures to ensure strict adherence to the approved budgets. Managing contracts is a critical part of the role, which includes negotiating terms with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable conditions.

Regular site visits are essential to assess project progress and verify quantities on the ground. Collaboration with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders is crucial to maintain timely delivery and cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. You will also prepare comprehensive reports and documentation related to project costs, variations, and financial status.

Required Qualifications
