Associate III - SFDC CPQ Business Analysis

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst with 3.5 to 5 years of expertise, focusing on Sales Cloud and CPQ implementations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong solution design capabilities, excellent client-facing communication skills, and experience working within global delivery models. This role requires gathering and analyzing requirements, designing and prototyping solutions, and collaborating closely with offshore development teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Lead requirement gathering sessions to capture business needs and document them through Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), System Requirement Specifications (SRS), gap analysis, and use cases. Design and prototype Salesforce CPQ solutions, including product features, bundles, pricing rules, and quote templates, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Prepare detailed solution and technical design documents that guide the development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with clients based in the US and UK, facilitating design workshops and whiteboarding sessions to clarify requirements and co-create solutions.

Effectively present and discuss prototypes with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and buy-in. Manage coordination among multi-vendor and multi-company teams, overseeing onsite-offshore collaboration during development and deployment phases. Participate in early morning or late evening calls as needed to accommodate global time zones and maintain smooth communication.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years in IT, with at least 4 years dedicated to Salesforce.com, specifically Sales Cloud and CPQ. Hands-on experience in implementing and designing Salesforce CPQ solutions is essential, including configuring product features, bundles, pricing rules, and quote templates.

Possession of the Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is mandatory. The candidate should have a proven track record of at least 2 to 3 Salesforce CPQ implementations, each spanning six months or longer. Strong business analysis skills are required, including expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and solution design.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical, enabling effective engagement with clients and stakeholders. Experience working within global delivery models and coordinating with offshore development teams is also necessary.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Additional Salesforce certifications such as Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, App Builder, or Advanced Administrator are highly desirable. Experience with Salesforce configuration and Apex/Visualforce development, especially for building proofs of concept and prototypes, will be advantageous.

The ability to build and demo prototypes during the design phase is important to facilitate client understanding and gather timely feedback. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with leadership qualities and proactive stakeholder management, are preferred.

Candidates should be adaptable to fast-paced environments and demonstrate a collaborative approach when working within diverse, multi-location teams.
