Ecom Store USA, a rapidly expanding e-commerce brand and supply chain service provider, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Management Trainee Officer (MTO) Supply Chain to join its energetic team. Key Responsibilities
The Management Trainee Officer will support daily supply chain functions, including inventory management, procurement, and order fulfillment. You will analyze logistics data and prepare reports on vendor performance, delivery timelines, and stock levels to help optimize operations. Coordination with warehouse, procurement, and customer service teams is essential to ensure smooth and efficient order processing.

Additionally, you will contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining supply chain workflows and enhancing operational efficiency. Maintaining accurate documentation for shipments, deliveries, and supply chain records is a critical part of the role. You will also research and recommend cost-effective sourcing and shipping solutions to support the company’s growth objectives.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should be recent graduates holding degrees in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Sciences, or related fields. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential to succeed in this role. Effective communication and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment are also required. Above all, candidates must demonstrate eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced e-commerce setting.
