Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to enhance our sales and marketing initiatives by identifying and engaging potential clients. This role focuses on researching and qualifying leads through various online channels while maintaining organized and accurate lead data. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and works collaboratively with internal teams to execute effective outreach campaigns that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for researching and identifying potential leads using a variety of online platforms, including directories, LinkedIn, social media, and other relevant sources. You will generate qualified leads based on specific criteria such as industry, location, and company size to ensure alignment with our target audience.

Maintaining and managing lead lists accurately is essential, utilizing CRM tools or spreadsheets to preserve data integrity. You will initiate contact with prospects through cold emails, social media messaging, and other outreach campaigns to spark interest and engagement.

Collaboration with marketing and sales teams is critical to align on campaign goals and target profiles. You will also schedule appointments or calls between qualified prospects and the internal sales team to facilitate smooth handoffs and support the sales process.

Regular reporting on lead generation performance is expected, providing insights that help optimize strategies and improve overall campaign effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience in B2B and/or B2C lead generation. Strong proficiency with lead sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms is required to effectively identify and qualify potential clients.

Excellent communication and research skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently. Experience using CRM systems like HubSpot, Zoho, or comparable tools is advantageous, helping to maintain organized lead data.

Familiarity with cold outreach techniques and email marketing strategies is preferred to maximize engagement and response rates.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory. Prior experience working with international clients will be considered an asset, as it demonstrates adaptability and cultural awareness.

A basic understanding of sales funnels and conversion metrics is beneficial to support lead nurturing efforts and contribute to improving the overall sales pipeline.
