Technical Coordinator

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Coordinator to join our Operations team within the IoT Engineering and Cybersecurity sector. This full-time contract position is based at our office in Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi, near Shan Chowrangi. The successful candidate will play a vital role in coordinating technical and operational activities that support our daily business functions. This role requires in-person attendance and offers a competitive monthly salary of PKR 41,500.

Key Responsibilities
The Technical Coordinator will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operational workflows. Key duties include managing AutoReg activities through effective communication via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate coordination. The role also involves performing CRM data entries to support daily operational requirements, maintaining data integrity and accessibility for the team.

Additionally, the candidate will conduct Post-AutoReg audits to verify data accuracy and ensure compliance with company standards. Overseeing OTA (Over-The-Air) activities is another critical responsibility, which includes managing system updates and coordinating device removals to maintain operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum education level of FA (Intermediate). Strong computer skills are essential, with particular emphasis on proficiency in MS Excel to handle data management tasks effectively.
