Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our vibrant team and contribute to the creation of compelling visual content across both digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven creative professional with a strong eye for detail and the ability to develop innovative design solutions that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. This role involves producing a wide range of graphics, from social media visuals to web layouts, ensuring each piece effectively communicates our message and engages our audience.

Key Responsibilities
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing diverse creative elements such as social media posts, web banners, logos, merchandise, and other marketing collateral. You will develop web designs by conceptualizing graphics and layouts, making informed choices regarding fonts, imagery, readability, and overall user experience. Additionally, the role includes producing and editing video content to support various marketing campaigns.

You will implement sophisticated design aesthetics across multiple projects, illustrating concepts through art arrangements, selecting appropriate sizes, font types, and styles, and submitting these designs for approval. Preparing finished artwork using industry-standard software and equipment is essential.

Collaboration is key in this role. You will coordinate with external agencies, art services, web designers, marketing teams, printers, and internal colleagues to ensure smooth project execution. Efficiently completing assigned tasks and maintaining clear communication with managers about layout and design progress is expected.

Creating a broad range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites using tools like Adobe Photoshop will be a daily task. You will also review final layouts and suggest improvements to enhance the overall quality of the designs.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing their skills. Practical experience with infographics, website banners, and patchwork designs is essential.

Proficiency in desktop publishing software, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, is required. A keen eye for visual composition and meticulous attention to detail are critical to success in this role.

Strong time management skills and the ability to consistently meet deadlines are necessary. Candidates should also have a solid understanding of marketing principles, production processes, website design, corporate identity, advertising, and multimedia design.

Additional Information
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal. Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The salary range for this role is Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 45,000 per month. Candidates seeking compensation beyond this range are kindly advised not to apply.
