Call Center Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our Affordable Care Act (ACA) Healthcare campaign. This full-time, night shift role is based at our office in Rani Arcade, Chandni Chowk, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi. The primary responsibility is to engage potential customers through outbound calls, providing clear and accurate information about ACA-related services to generate high-quality leads. Candidates must have strong English communication skills and be persuasive with excellent interpersonal abilities to ensure a positive customer experience and successful lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote ACA healthcare services.
- Communicate ACA-related information clearly and accurately to potential customers.
- Identify and qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure quality prospects.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of calls and lead statuses in the system.
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets to support campaign goals.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed overall campaign objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Proficient English-speaking skills with clear and effective communication.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and provide concise, accurate information.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage, persuade, and build rapport with potential customers.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Minimum education level: Intermediate.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in a call center or sales environment is preferred but not mandatory; fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience as a Self Verifier for at least one year is considered an advantage.

Please note, this role requires working from the office during night shift hours, from 6:30 PM to 4:30 AM. This is strictly an on-site position; remote or home-based work is not available. Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Rawalpindi Satellite Town.
