Key Responsibilities
You will actively participate in bidding on freelance platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.com. This involves crafting customized proposals tailored to client needs and engaging in meaningful conversations to build rapport. Generating leads and assisting in closing sales are essential parts of the role. You will also be responsible for understanding client requirements thoroughly and communicating these effectively to the internal team. Throughout your journey, you will work closely under the guidance of a mentor who will help you develop your skills and support your career progression within the company.

Required Qualifications
Strong written and spoken English communication skills are crucial for success in this role. You should be confident in chatting with clients and handling calls professionally. A quick learner attitude, especially when it comes to digital services and freelancing platforms, is highly valued. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, responsible, and proactive in managing their tasks. Availability to work 8 hours daily is required, with a split schedule of 4 hours in-office at Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi, and 4 hours working remotely from home.

Hiring Process
Candidates will begin with onboarding tutorials and training sessions. You will be required to submit a Loom or screen recording showcasing your approach to bidding on freelance projects. Following this, a paid one-week bidding trial will be conducted to assess your skills in a real-world setting. The top 2-3 performers from this trial will be selected for permanent employment.
