Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong background in real estate marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that promote both residential and commercial real estate projects. This role is pivotal in enhancing brand visibility and generating qualified leads to support the sales team’s objectives. The successful candidate will combine creativity with analytical skills to drive impactful campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans specifically tailored to real estate projects, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and market demands. You will be expected to plan and execute a mix of digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media management, Google Ads, print media, event marketing, and outdoor advertising.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and understand customer preferences. Collaboration with the sales team is essential to align marketing initiatives with lead generation targets, ensuring seamless integration between marketing efforts and sales outcomes.
Coordinate with designers, advertising agencies, and other external vendors to create compelling promotional materials that effectively communicate the brand message. Efficiently manage marketing budgets, optimizing spend to maximize return on investment while maintaining high campaign standards.
Organize and actively participate in property expos, open house events, and other client engagement activities to boost project visibility and foster strong customer relationships. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign effectiveness using analytics tools, providing regular, insightful reports to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold an MBA in Marketing from a reputable university. A minimum of 6 to 8 years of marketing experience is required, with at least 3 years dedicated to the real estate sector. A deep understanding of real estate buyer behavior, property branding, and the marketing lifecycle is essential.
Proven expertise in campaign planning, budgeting, and performance tracking is necessary to ensure successful marketing outcomes. Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, SEO, and CRM tools is critical for managing and optimizing campaigns.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are vital to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a creative mindset, capable of innovating and adapting strategies within a highly competitive market environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Familiarity with local property regulations and real estate documentation will be an advantage, enabling smoother coordination with legal and compliance teams. Experience branding a diverse range of real estate projects—including apartments, villas, and commercial buildings—is preferred.
