Key Responsibilities
The Software Support Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing and supervising the software support team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. This includes overseeing ongoing support activities such as software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and application deployment. Acting as the primary liaison between clients and the technical support team, the coordinator will handle scheduling, provide updates, and ensure consistent follow-ups to maintain client satisfaction.

Additionally, the role involves organizing and managing team schedules, assigning tasks, and tracking progress to meet deadlines effectively. The coordinator will ensure the timely completion of software installations, both onsite and remotely, as well as troubleshooting and product demonstrations. Preparing and maintaining detailed reports on support activities, client feedback, and team performance metrics is also a key responsibility.

The coordinator will assist in planning and organizing client visits, demonstrations, and presentations to strengthen customer engagement. Maintaining clear and effective communication with internal departments is essential to support smooth workflow and resolve any coordination challenges that may arise.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A minimum of one year of experience in coordination or support roles is required, with preference given to those who have worked in an IT environment, although this is not mandatory. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential to handle multiple priorities efficiently.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage diverse tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.
