We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage workplace operations and deliver exceptional service experiences. This role requires a proactive approach to facilities management, strong customer focus, and the ability to support evolving hybrid work models.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular premises inspections and floor walks to ensure all meeting rooms, pantries, and social areas are clean, orderly, and ready for use throughout the day. Promptly raise work orders and provide frequent status updates to users, addressing cleanliness issues such as replenishing hand sanitizers and desk wipes.

Serve as the primary contact for general enquiries, escalations, and feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution that consistently exceeds expectations. Monitor customer feedback regularly and develop action plans based on survey results to enhance service delivery.

Take ownership of the operational space to deliver an exceptional service journey for customers. Maintain current signage, including outage notices and other communications, and keep wayfinding and zoning maps up to date. Assist with collecting internal occupancy data.

Support and promote Activity-Based Working (ABW) and Flexible Workplaces Network (FWN) protocols by encouraging appropriate behaviors and managing related trends. Manage locker assignments, including issuing lockers to new joiners, relocating staff, reclaiming unused lockers, and coordinating checks with security or floor administrators.

Ensure all desks are prepared and available each morning, promote clean desk practices, and support lost and found activities. Provide operational support for workplace change management and project lifecycles, including post-move communications, signage, locker management, and floor orientations.

Host regular business engagement sessions to understand evolving business needs and support hybrid working adoption. Maintain strong relationships with clients and end users, acting as the face of the Workplace/Property team. Promote staff engagement through meet-and-greet activities and personalized end-user support with high visibility.

Stay current with end-user technology, assist with audiovisual and video conferencing inquiries, and provide training as needed. Organize and promote employee engagement events such as lunch & learns, wellness activities, and hobby clubs.

Act as the Leesman Champion by promoting pulse surveys, discussing results, and managing campaign marketing. Support wellbeing, fitness, and recreation initiatives aligned with regional agendas. Assist with internal communications, including sharing relevant information, promoting success stories, managing intranet pages, and supporting town halls.

Facilitate virtual engagement events and support remote employees with home working inquiries and communications. Welcome new joiners with orientation tours and provide supporting materials. Ensure full compliance with statutory and operational requirements, including health and safety processes and audits. Provide written reports and quality data as required. Adapt services to meet changing customer needs in line with global standards and deliver an excellent standard of client service at all times.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in facilities or workplace management with a strong customer service focus. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, end users, and internal teams. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements. Proficiency with workplace technology, including audiovisual and video conferencing systems. Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives and support hybrid working models.
