Job Summary
Based in Karachi, Sindh, the CCC Analyst plays a vital role in the seamless execution of Core Commercial Cycle (CCC) activities, with a primary focus on demand forecasting. This position provides essential analytical support to the business by ensuring data accuracy and generating insightful reports that aid strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong numerical and analytical capabilities, and can independently manage multiple data systems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
The CCC Analyst is responsible for preparing Pre-DRM tools and reports that support the core commercial cycle processes. They will collect market intelligence, upload relevant data into SAP APO, and ensure its accurate publication within critical APO systems such as SCP and IP. Maintaining data integrity is crucial, which involves managing exception reports related to history, sales, KPI validations, and CVC Maintenance/DQIT within SAP APO/IBP platforms.
Additionally, the analyst will develop and maintain databases and repositories for CCC reports, ensuring data consistency by coordinating with respective data owners across SAP APO/IBP systems. The role also includes preparing standard dashboards and slide decks for functional users, adhering to scheduled timelines for monthly CCC meetings. Proactive identification and resolution of any system or technical issues are essential to guarantee the timely execution of CCC activities. When necessary, escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate teams is expected.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree, which is mandatory for this role. Ideally, applicants will have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar analytical or forecasting capacity. A high level of attention to detail is critical for managing assigned tasks effectively. Strong numerical skills are required, along with proficiency in analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
Experience with SAP APO and IBP systems is essential, as these platforms are integral to the role’s daily functions. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to plan work efficiently and operate independently, using their own initiative. Furthermore, the ability to interpret complex data and present it clearly using analytical techniques to provide actionable insights and recommendations is a key requirement.
