Job Summary
Experts Communication is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Representative – Front for Design Sales to lead and expand our sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of proven experience in design sales, showcasing excellent communication, negotiation, and selling abilities. This role centers on client management, business development, sales strategy execution, project oversight, and proactive outbound calling. We seek a self-driven professional capable of converting leads into sales, nurturing long-term client relationships, and mentoring junior sales staff. The position is based in North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi, operating on a night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The salary ranges between PKR 80,000 and 150,000, depending on experience and skills, with sales targets set between $5,000 and $10,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data, providing detailed reports to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell the company’s design services effectively.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients through timely follow-ups and personalized service.
- Consistently achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Identify opportunities for upselling to enhance customer value and maximize sales revenue.
- Convert leads generated through platforms like Bark into successful sales outcomes.
- Understand client requirements thoroughly and offer customized design solutions that meet their needs.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to foster a high-performance culture and achieve collective goals.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ experience in front-end sales, preferably within web design, development, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success in sales roles within the design and development sector, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills combined with consultative selling expertise.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Willingness and ability to work the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Effective time management and leadership skills to handle multiple responsibilities and guide the sales team.
