Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our U.S.-based client. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of solid experience in customer-facing roles, particularly with U.S. customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer-focused approach, and the ability to work professionally during U.S. business hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently resolving customer inquiries, maintaining detailed records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat channels. Provide accurate and clear information about products and services, addressing customer concerns to ensure a positive experience. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all customer interactions using CRM tools. When necessary, escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors to facilitate timely resolution. Follow up on unresolved queries to guarantee customer issues are fully addressed. Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics related to response times, resolution times, and overall customer satisfaction. Work closely with cross-functional teams to support smooth operational workflows and contribute to customer retention efforts. Stay informed about product updates, company policies, and industry best practices to provide knowledgeable support.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles, with proven experience working specifically with U.S.-based clients. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. The ability to work during U.S. time zones (EST/PST) is mandatory. Proficiency in customer service software, CRM platforms, and ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or Freshdesk is required. Candidates should demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, organizational skills, and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision. A customer-focused mindset combined with effective problem-solving skills is critical for success in this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in fast-paced industries such as e-commerce or SaaS is highly desirable. Familiarity with remote communication tools like Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams will be an advantage. We value a proactive attitude and the ability to suggest improvements to existing processes. The position offers a competitive salary package ranging from 50,000 to 70,000 PKR per month (non-negotiable). This is a full-time remote role aligned with U.S. Eastern Time hours (5 PM to 2 AM Pakistan time). We provide professional development and training opportunities to support your growth.
