We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources functions. This pivotal role involves developing and executing HR strategies, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and enhancing employee engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities
The HR Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies that align with Enrichers’ overall business objectives. You will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding procedures. A key part of your role will be to design and regularly update job descriptions and organizational structures to meet evolving business needs.
You will collaborate closely with the finance department to manage payroll, employee benefits, and HR budgeting. Ensuring full compliance with relevant labor laws and HR best practices is essential. The role also requires addressing employee relations issues such as conflict resolution and disciplinary actions with professionalism and discretion.
Monitoring and enhancing performance appraisal systems will be part of your duties, along with supporting the development and execution of employee growth plans. Organizing training programs and initiatives to boost employee engagement and productivity will also fall under your purview. Maintaining accurate HR records and preparing detailed analytical reports for senior management is crucial for informed decision-making.
Additionally, you will lead talent retention efforts and succession planning initiatives to secure the company’s leadership pipeline for the future.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of five years of proven experience in HR management or a senior HR role is required. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and industry best practices is essential.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are necessary to succeed in this role. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications is expected. The ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism is critical.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Professional HR certifications such as SHRM or CHRP are highly desirable and will be considered an advantage. Experience within the investment or financial services sector is also beneficial.
The position demands the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Candidates must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time. Fluency in English is required.
This is a full-time role offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs120,000.
