Key Responsibilities
You will work closely with a team of skilled developers to deliver top-quality digital web services. Managing up to 20 projects at once, you will ensure each is completed efficiently and on schedule. A significant part of your role involves handling communications and coordination with international clients, maintaining professionalism and clarity at all times.

Using project management software, you will track project progress and optimize workflows to improve team productivity. Additionally, you will apply your website development and graphic design skills to meet project requirements and enhance deliverables. Leadership is a critical component of this position; you will motivate and guide team members to achieve and surpass sales targets, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented atmosphere. Maintaining strong communication and teamwork within the organization is essential to your success.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members. A solid understanding of digital web services—including website development, graphic design, and marketing—is essential. Proven leadership and team management experience will enable you to inspire and direct your colleagues effectively.

You should demonstrate a high level of confidence and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals. A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow alongside the company is crucial. The ability to work well within a team environment is also required to ensure smooth collaboration and project execution.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

The work schedule is from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, six days a week, based in Nazimabad, Karachi. Monthly compensation ranges from Rs25,000 to Rs35,000.
