Job Summary
We are looking for a committed and professional Field Coordinator to join our team full-time, based in Gulberg III, Lahore. The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree and have prior experience in fieldwork or sales. This role primarily involves visiting various manufacturing and industrial sites across Lahore to obtain necessary permissions for videography projects. The position requires excellent communication and persuasion skills, a professional attitude during site visits, and the ability to travel extensively within the city. Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
The Field Coordinator will be responsible for conducting visits to multiple industrial and manufacturing locations throughout Lahore. You will engage directly with factory owners and managers, clearly explaining the objectives of our videography projects to secure permissions for video recording. Maintaining a professional demeanor at all times is crucial, as you will be representing the company during these interactions.

In addition to securing permissions, you will prepare detailed daily reports that document each site visit, the contacts made, and the outcomes achieved. Organizing logistics for the videography teams after permissions are granted will also fall under your purview. Accurate record-keeping is essential, as you will maintain organized files of each site interaction and the status of permissions. Collaboration with internal teams is important to ensure smooth follow-ups and support overall project planning.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree, which is mandatory for this role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including factory owners and managers. You should demonstrate strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to successfully obtain the necessary permissions.

Comfort with fieldwork and the capability to travel extensively within Lahore is required. A basic understanding of research methodologies and reporting techniques will help in preparing accurate and structured documentation. The ability to work independently, manage your schedule efficiently, and handle multiple site visits within a single day is critical to success in this position.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Previous experience in field coordination or sales is preferred, as it will provide a solid foundation for managing site visits and stakeholder interactions effectively. We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs55,000.
