Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Sales Manager to lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of marketing and sales initiatives for Fun City’s Family Entertainment Center (FEC). Working closely with management and operations teams, the successful candidate will drive consumer research, competitor analysis, and the creation of targeted marketing plans. This role demands setting clear sales and marketing KPIs, managing team performance, and overseeing a broad spectrum of marketing activities including content creation, social media management, influencer partnerships, and digital content production to elevate brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy aligned with Fun City’s business goals. Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure the marketing team meets performance targets and departmental objectives. Lead the creation and execution of a robust content marketing plan that resonates with the target audience.

Manage all social media platforms, including running advertising campaigns, analyzing engagement metrics, and growing follower bases. Spearhead influencer marketing efforts by building relationships with celebrities, influencers, and bloggers relevant to the FEC sector.

Oversee website development and content updates in collaboration with internal teams. Coordinate with digital agencies, videographers, and photographers to produce high-quality content for social media, the website, awards, and other corporate communications.

Handle marketing, public relations, guest satisfaction initiatives, and overall brand management for Fun City. Conduct competitive pricing analyses and review income streams across all center operations to guide strategic decision-making.

Evaluate the effectiveness and profitability of marketing programs such as promotions and special deals, refining strategies based on performance data. Collaborate with the Operations team on school trips, corporate events, and other industry-related opportunities.

Design and execute innovative brand activation campaigns to increase Fun City’s visibility and engagement within the local community. Organize experiential marketing activities, events, and workshops in partnership with local festivals, entertainment venues, public events, and shopping malls.

Work cross-functionally to plan on-site activities that drive foot traffic and enhance customer interaction, including festival celebrations. Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with corporate clients, delivering customized marketing solutions and optimizing corporate deals for mutual benefit.

Generate detailed reports on marketing campaign outcomes, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement. Utilize data analytics tools to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly. Present insights and recommendations to senior management to demonstrate marketing’s impact on business growth.

Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports, manage the annual marketing plan, and oversee the marketing budget. Regularly review and update marketing strategies to adapt to evolving business trends.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing Management or a related field. A minimum of 5 to 6 years of relevant marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing a department.

Strong copywriting skills and the ability to design marketing materials are highly desirable. Proficiency in MS Office is required; familiarity with design software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a plus.

Experience with modern design tools like Canva, Design Wizard, Easil, and Stencil is preferred. Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and proven experience managing digital agencies and third-party consultants.

Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, coupled with strong verbal and written business communication skills. A self-motivated individual with excellent time management, creative thinking, and strategic planning abilities.

Quick learner with a solid understanding of marketing strategies, public relations, and business development.
