Job Summary
We are actively seeking Supervisors to join our growing outbound sales campaign specializing in Air Duct Cleaning services across the USA and Canada. This role involves managing a team of sales agents, overseeing daily shift operations, and working closely with the Team Leader to ensure seamless campaign execution. Key Responsibilities
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all outbound campaign activities during your assigned shift. This includes monitoring agent productivity, attendance, and call quality to maintain high performance standards. You will assist agents in overcoming objections, refining call scripts, and managing escalated customer queries effectively. Supporting the Team Leader in conducting performance reviews and coaching sessions will be a critical part of your role. You will ensure that your team consistently meets daily and weekly KPIs and sales targets. Additionally, you will report shift performance metrics and any operational issues to management promptly. Participation in the training and onboarding of new agents will also be expected to help build a strong, capable team.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must be at least 25 years old and possess 3 to 5 years of experience in telesales, BPO, or customer service, preferably within outbound campaigns. Educational qualifications should range from Intermediate to a Bachelor’s degree. Fluency in English, with strong spelling and communication skills, is essential. You should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, along with basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM systems, email, and data entry. A confident, approachable, and solution-oriented personality is important to succeed in this role. Proven leadership potential, multitasking skills, and the ability to manage small teams effectively are also required.

Work Location and Shifts
Applicants may choose to work from either of our Karachi office locations:
- Gulshan-e-Iqbal Branch: Suite #302–306, 4th Floor, Al-Samad Tower, opposite Bait-ul-Mukarram Masjid, University Road (Landmark: Zong Service Center)
- Gulistan-e-Johar Branch: 3rd Floor, AG Trade Center, Plot No. C-2, adjacent to Red Apple, Block 14

Shift options are fixed and candidates must select one:
- 5:30 PM to 12:00 AM
- 11:30 PM to 6:00 AM

Please note that shift timings are non-negotiable.
