Job Summary
Oxford Group INTL is looking for a dedicated and skilled female Call Representative to join our team. This role primarily involves managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, assisting students with their admissions-related inquiries. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, able to memorize and adapt call scripts to address a variety of student concerns effectively. As the voice of our company, the representative must exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a genuine passion for customer service and ensuring student satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
The Call Representative will be responsible for professionally handling a large volume of inbound and outbound calls. You will provide accurate information, guidance, and support related to student admissions processes. It is essential to adapt and personalize call scripts during conversations to resolve issues efficiently and meet the unique needs of each student. Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude throughout all interactions is crucial to enhancing the overall customer experience. Additionally, the role includes supporting various administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the admissions department.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to engage effectively with students and colleagues. The ability to quickly learn and memorize call scripts is vital, as is the flexibility to handle unexpected questions or issues during calls. A genuine enthusiasm for customer service and a commitment to helping students are key attributes for success in this position. While prior experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred, it is not mandatory, as we value attitude and adaptability highly.
