Job Summary
We are looking for a committed CRS Truck Dispatcher to join our team based in Lahore. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, with shift hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM. The primary responsibility is to coordinate freight deliveries by scheduling and dispatching drivers, ensuring seamless communication among drivers, clients, and brokers, and maintaining overall operational efficiency. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 80,000, depending on experience, along with commission incentives and daily dinner provided during working hours.

Key Responsibilities
The CRS Truck Dispatcher will be responsible for scheduling and dispatching drivers across various freight routes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods. You will monitor ongoing trips closely, maintaining real-time communication with drivers to address any issues that arise during transit. Effective communication with drivers, clients, and brokers is essential to coordinate deliveries and resolve any logistical challenges promptly.

Utilizing dispatching software and load boards will be a key part of your daily tasks to assign loads efficiently and optimize route planning. When delivery or routing issues occur, you will troubleshoot quickly to minimize delays and maintain service quality. Accurate record-keeping and maintaining detailed logs of all dispatch activities are crucial to ensure transparency and compliance with company protocols. Your role will also involve contributing to the overall operational efficiency by adhering to established procedures and suggesting improvements when necessary.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities to handle the dynamic nature of freight dispatching. A basic understanding of U.S. logistics and freight operations is advantageous but not mandatory. Proficiency in computer use and familiarity with basic software tools are essential for managing dispatch software and communication platforms.

The ability to work the night shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM is required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical for managing multiple deliveries and maintaining accurate records. Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

The compensation package includes a competitive salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 80,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
