Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with a strong foundation in digital marketing to join our dynamic team. This role extends beyond traditional project management duties; it requires a professional who understands the intricacies of digital campaigns, anticipates client needs, and efficiently coordinates between creative, performance, and content teams. If you have experience managing Facebook ad schedules, handling SEO delays, overseeing content revisions, or communicating with clients via WhatsApp groups, this position is an excellent match. You will be responsible for comprehensive project planning, seamless team coordination, timely task execution, clear client communication, and ensuring all deliverables meet high standards of quality and punctuality.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage a variety of digital marketing projects, including advertising campaigns, content creation, SEO efforts, and branding initiatives. You will act as the central point of coordination between design, content, and performance teams to guarantee smooth collaboration and alignment.
Maintain and update project timelines using tools such as ClickUp, Trello, or Notion to keep all stakeholders informed. Manage client communication primarily through WhatsApp and email, ensuring clarity by maintaining a single monthly conversation thread per client.
Provide regular updates to clients, including daily progress notes, weekly summaries, and comprehensive monthly reports. Conduct thorough quality checks before delivering any work to ensure it meets client expectations and internal standards.
Document new instructions, client feedback, and any changes in project scope meticulously. Ensure workflows remain uninterrupted by proactively following up on tasks and deadlines without requiring reminders.
Lead internal status meetings and take full accountability for all assigned tasks. Organize project folders, links, and deliverables with clear, consistent naming conventions to facilitate easy access and tracking.
Identify potential delays early and escalate issues promptly to prevent disruptions in project timelines.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing project management or coordination. A strong understanding of advertising campaigns, content pipelines, basic SEO principles, and creative production timelines is essential.
Familiarity with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, and Google Drive is required. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are a must.
You must be capable of managing multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously while maintaining high organizational standards. Proficiency in project management and communication tools like Trello, ClickUp, Notion, and Slack is expected.
We seek someone highly organized, responsible, and able to follow through on tasks independently without the need for micromanagement.

We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs70,000, commensurate with experience. Performance-based bonuses are available to reward exceptional contributions.
