Job Summary
Riuman International is looking for enthusiastic and motivated International Tele Sales Agents to join our team in Karachi. Based at our Shahrah-e-Faisal office, you will focus on engaging customers in the UAE market, promoting telecom services and products from leading providers such as DU and Etisalat. Key Responsibilities
As an International Tele Sales Agent, your primary responsibility will be to conduct outbound sales calls targeting potential customers in the UAE market. You will actively promote DU and Etisalat telecom services and products, ensuring that you communicate their benefits clearly and persuasively. Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) will be essential to your success in this role.
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with customers is a critical part of your duties. You will be expected to provide excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will handle customer inquiries promptly, offering accurate and helpful information to resolve any questions or concerns.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must be fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills to effectively engage with the UAE customer base. A target-oriented and self-driven mindset is crucial, as is maintaining a positive attitude and professional work ethic. There are no age restrictions for this role, making it accessible to a wide range of applicants who meet the communication and motivation criteria.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While an intermediate level of education is preferred, the key focus remains on communication skills and sales aptitude. Riuman International offers a competitive basic salary ranging from Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 40,000 per month. In addition, there is an attractive and uncapped commission structure, providing the potential to earn up to Rs. 100,000 per month based on performance.

This is a full-time position with morning shift hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Pakistan Time), Monday through Saturday. The role requires your presence at the Karachi office, ensuring direct engagement with the team and access to resources.
