Job Summary
Unity Films is seeking a motivated and dedicated female HR Intern for a full-time, on-site internship based in Rawalpindi. This opportunity is tailored for fresh female graduates who have recently completed their studies and are enthusiastic about launching their careers in Human Resources and Office Administration. The role requires physical presence at the office, with no remote work or online interviews allowed. Candidates must reside in Rawalpindi or Islamabad and be prepared to commit to a three-month internship. The position offers a monthly stipend ranging from PKR 10,000 to 15,000.

Key Responsibilities
The HR Intern will play a supportive role in various human resource and administrative functions, including:
- Assisting with recruitment activities, onboarding new employees, and facilitating orientation sessions.
- Maintaining and organizing employee records and essential documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Supporting daily HR operations and performing general administrative tasks as needed.
- Coordinating employee engagement initiatives and managing internal communications to foster a positive work environment.
- Preparing HR-related reports, drafting official letters, and assisting in the development and documentation of company policies.
- Managing office supplies and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this internship:
- Fresh female graduates who have successfully completed their bachelor’s degree.
- Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- A genuine passion for starting a career in HR and office administration.
- Proactive attitude, responsibility, and eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
- Residency in Rawalpindi or Islamabad is mandatory due to the on-site nature of the internship.

Additional Information
This internship is strictly on-site at the Rawalpindi office, with no option for remote work or online interviews. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for in-person interviews, which will also be held in Rawalpindi.
