Key Responsibilities
The Sales Representative will be responsible for initiating both outbound and inbound calls to generate and nurture leads. Scheduling and coordinating consultations for prospective clients will be a key part of the role, ensuring timely and professional engagement. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is essential to foster trust and encourage repeat business.
Accurate documentation is critical; therefore, maintaining detailed and organized records of leads, calls, and client interactions is required. The role also involves assisting walk-in clients by delivering excellent in-office customer service. Participation in ongoing training sessions will be expected to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Staying up-to-date with the latest immigration procedures and services offered by the firm is crucial to provide accurate information and advice. The Sales Representative will be tasked with meeting weekly and monthly sales targets set by the company. Collaboration with marketing and operations teams will help refine and improve sales strategies, contributing to overall company objectives.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of two years of sales experience. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, while proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to build rapport and trust with clients effectively.
Attention to detail is vital, particularly in managing documentation and case files accurately. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a client-oriented approach.
