Job Summary
Raast Solutions is looking for a talented and experienced Social Media & Video Editor to join our team in Rawalpindi. This full-time, onsite role involves managing the company’s social media presence across various platforms while producing and editing compelling video content for digital marketing campaigns. The position operates on a USA shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (PST) and offers a competitive salary based on experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, fluent in English, and passionate about the latest social media trends and video production techniques.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, and consistently publish engaging and creative content tailored to each platform’s audience.
- Edit and upload high-quality videos and reels designed to maximize engagement and support marketing objectives.
- Monitor social media interactions, track emerging trends, and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
- Ensure brand consistency and maintain a cohesive creative presentation across all social media channels.
- Design social media posts when required; graphic design skills will be considered a valuable asset.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts with measurable growth and engagement.
- Strong video editing skills, particularly in creating and editing short-form content such as reels and stories.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and a solid understanding of current digital marketing trends.
- High level of creativity paired with meticulous attention to detail.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English to effectively communicate and produce content.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
