Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to spearhead our sales operations in the Lahore region. This leadership role requires a dynamic professional with a strong background in both B2B and B2C sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a regional sales team, driving strategic growth, and ensuring that revenue targets align with the company’s overall objectives. This full-time position is based in DHA Phase 8, Lahore, with working hours from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
The Regional Sales Manager will develop and implement effective sales strategies aimed at boosting regional growth and profitability. You will lead, mentor, and manage a team comprising sales executives and territory officers, ensuring their performance meets company standards. Identifying new business opportunities, key clients, and potential market segments for expansion will be a critical part of your role.
Regular monitoring of sales performance and preparing detailed reports for senior management will be essential to track progress and inform decision-making. Building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value clients and key stakeholders is crucial to sustaining business growth.
You will analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to continuously refine and adapt sales strategies. Ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators across the region is a top priority. Collaboration with marketing, operations, and technical teams will be necessary to guarantee smooth project execution.
Additionally, you will represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and local trade events, while maintaining strict compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and reporting procedures.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in a sales leadership role is required, preferably within the solar energy, trading, or industrial product sectors.
Strong leadership skills combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential. A proven track record of meeting regional sales targets and successfully developing sales teams will set you apart. You should be a strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software is necessary. The candidate must be based in Lahore and possess a solid understanding of the regional market dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs85,000 per month, complemented by attractive performance-based incentives. A company vehicle and fuel allowance will be provided according to company policy, along with coverage for mobile and travel expenses.
