Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our team and drive the expansion of our truck dispatching services by acquiring new business from trucking companies across the USA. This role involves making outbound calls, effectively communicating the value of our dispatching solutions, and establishing strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls targeting potential clients within the USA trucking industry to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and qualify leads by gaining a thorough understanding of each prospect’s unique business needs and challenges.
- Present and clearly articulate the benefits and features of our truck dispatching services to key decision-makers, ensuring alignment with their operational goals.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, contributing directly to company growth.

Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in outbound sales is preferred; candidates with experience specifically in dispatch campaigns will be at an advantage. However, freshers with a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent spoken English with strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
- Ability to understand and clearly convey complex technical solutions in a simple, concise manner.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Proficient computer skills and a quick learner, able to adapt to new tools and technologies efficiently.
