SunSky Solar Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a leading company in the solar energy sector, is looking to hire a Technical Sales Engineer to join their Taxila-based team. Key Responsibilities
The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients interested in solar installations. This includes residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The role requires conducting site visits to evaluate client energy needs accurately and recommending suitable solar solutions such as on-grid, hybrid, and off-grid systems.
Preparing detailed technical proposals, quotations, and system designs is a critical part of the job. Candidates will use industry-standard software tools like PVSyst, Helioscope, and SketchUp to create these documents. Delivering compelling technical presentations to customers will help facilitate sales and build trust.
Meeting monthly sales targets by closing deals is essential. The role also involves close coordination with the engineering and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution from initial consultation through to installation and commissioning.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field. Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in solar or technical sales are encouraged to apply, including fresh graduates who demonstrate enthusiasm and aptitude for the industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and technical presentation skills are essential to succeed in this role. Familiarity with solar system design software is beneficial but not mandatory, as training will be provided. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, professional, and customer-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.

This is a full-time position based in Taxila, with a monthly salary range of Rs30,000 to Rs50,000. Candidates must be prepared to work on-site and have access to a bike for mobility to conduct site visits efficiently.
