International Sales Executive-Auto Trade

Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and experienced International Sales Executive to join our Auto Trade team, specializing in the export of Japanese vehicles. This role is focused on selling Japanese cars to clients across the UK, Ireland, and Caribbean markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to close international sales deals and demonstrate excellent communication skills. The position operates on a day shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday, within the automotive export industry.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will actively engage with international leads through calls, emails, and online platforms to generate and nurture sales opportunities. A deep understanding of client requirements is essential to recommend suitable vehicles from our inventory. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with overseas clients and dealers is critical to sustaining ongoing business.

You will be responsible for negotiating sales deals, managing all necessary documentation, coordinating shipping logistics, and providing after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction. Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets is a key focus, alongside contributing positively to the overall growth and success of the sales team.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in international sales, ideally within the automotive trade or export sector. Strong spoken and written English communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and internal teams. Familiarity with automotive terminology, Japanese car models, and global export procedures will be highly advantageous.

We seek a confident, target-driven professional with excellent organizational skills and the ability to follow up diligently on leads and sales processes. A professional attitude and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the team are important for success in this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a basic salary plus commission, rewarding your sales performance directly. Additional benefits include an attendance bonus of PKR 5,000 and an attire bonus of PKR 5,000 to support your professional presentation.

To encourage business development, an incentive-based new dealer bonus is provided.
