Job Summary
We are seeking a results-oriented Digital Sales Expert to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing robust online sales strategies that drive revenue growth across multiple digital channels. Your primary focus will be on converting digital leads and enhancing the overall customer experience on various platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping journey. Your contributions will be vital in aligning sales efforts with marketing initiatives and product launches, ultimately supporting the company’s expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital sales strategies across the company’s website, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing campaigns. You will leverage social media, email marketing, paid advertisements, SEO/SEM, and CRM tools to identify and convert high-quality leads. Optimizing customer conversion paths will be essential to create a smooth and efficient online shopping experience.

You will analyze digital sales performance and customer data regularly to generate actionable insights that inform strategic improvements. Collaboration with marketing and product teams is crucial to ensure sales objectives align with promotional activities and new product launches.

Staying up-to-date with the latest digital tools, trends, and technologies relevant to online sales and e-commerce will be part of your ongoing responsibilities. Additionally, you will provide timely and professional support to online customers by addressing inquiries and resolving post-sale issues promptly.

Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly digital sales targets is expected to drive the company’s revenue growth.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field. A minimum of three years of experience in digital sales, e-commerce, or online retail is required, along with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing online sales targets.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, email marketing, and SEO, is essential. Experience with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM and e-commerce tools is also necessary.

Excellent communication, analytical, and customer service skills are critical for success in this role. We are looking for a self-motivated, data-driven, and results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced digital sales environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
While a middle school education is preferred, candidates with relevant experience will be considered. At least two years of experience specifically as a Digital Sales Expert is desirable.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Lahore. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the office located in Samnabad or plan to relocate before starting. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

The salary for this position starts from Rs 1.00 per month.
