Pixarch is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at DHA Phase 5, Karachi. Key Responsibilities
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new client opportunities through various channels. This includes leveraging social media platforms, web scraping tools, and multiple databases to generate leads. You will actively use online sales platforms like Upwork to find prospects and close deals.
Outbound calling is a key part of this role, where you will contact potential clients, develop customized proposals, and arrange meetings to finalize agreements. Maintaining and updating CRM data daily is essential to ensure accurate tracking of all sales activities and progress toward targets.
Consistent follow-up and task alignment are critical to meeting sales goals. You will also retarget previous clients using the provided contact database to maximize business opportunities. Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities will help you refine your sales strategies.
Engagement on social media, especially LinkedIn, is expected. You will share relevant content and promote Pixarch’s brand to increase visibility. Additionally, you will participate confidently in video content and branding initiatives to further enhance the company’s presence.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience. We are looking for individuals with 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
A basic understanding of social media platforms for content sharing and engagement is necessary. The role requires an energetic and presentable demeanor, with the ability to communicate confidently on camera. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
