Key Responsibilities
As the SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies aimed at improving website rankings and increasing organic traffic. You will conduct in-depth keyword research to guide content creation and optimization, ensuring that all efforts align with current best practices. Identifying and resolving technical SEO issues will be crucial to maintaining optimal website performance.

Your role will also involve optimizing website content, landing pages, and paid search copy to maximize effectiveness. You will lead off-page SEO initiatives, including managing link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority. Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on SEO metrics such as traffic, rankings, and other key performance indicators will be essential to track progress and inform future strategies.

Collaboration is key in this role; you will work closely with social media and PPC teams to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned and mutually supportive. Staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and integrated marketing strategies will be necessary to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 to 4 years of proven experience as an SEO Manager, SEM Manager, or in a similar capacity. A deep understanding of both standard and current SEO best practices is essential. Experience in SEO reporting and performance analysis is required to effectively measure and communicate results.

Proficiency with SEO and web analytics tools such as Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ, Google Analytics, and WebTrends is mandatory. Strong analytical skills and numerical aptitude are necessary to interpret data accurately and make informed decisions. A results-oriented mindset with the ability to deliver measurable outcomes is critical to success in this role.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required to ensure a solid foundation in business principles and strategic thinking.
