Job Summary
Falcon Education, a prominent education consultancy representing top-tier universities from the UK, Canada, and the USA, is looking to hire a full-time, committed, and well-qualified professional at its Islamabad branch. The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in international student recruitment combined with a strong background in student counseling. This role focuses on guiding students through the selection of suitable institutions, admission requirements, visa regulations, and compliance for undergraduate, postgraduate, and research programs across the UK, USA, and Canada. The position also offers the chance to collaborate closely with international partners and local institutions to broaden the consultancy’s network and increase student applications.

Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be expected to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of student counseling and both national and international qualification frameworks. Providing expert advice to students on institution selection, admission criteria, visa procedures, and compliance rules for study programs in the UK, USA, and Canada is central to this role. Additionally, the role requires developing new partnerships and utilizing networking opportunities to attract high-quality and prospective student applications. Meeting and consistently exceeding individual and team performance targets is essential. The candidate will also maintain effective communication with international partners and assist in onboarding new universities, local institutions, government bodies, and other relevant organizations to expand Falcon Education’s reach.

Required Qualifications
Applicants must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent higher qualification. A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in student counseling and international student recruitment is required. Candidates should possess excellent command of both written and spoken English, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven problem-solving capabilities and effective time-management skills are essential to succeed in this role. Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat is expected. Familiarity with the education systems of the UK, USA, Canada, and Finland will be considered an asset.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Preference will be given to candidates residing in DHA, Bahria, or Rawalpindi Cantt areas to facilitate easy commute and timely office presence. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 75,000 to Rs. 100,000, with additional financial incentives based on performance and achievement of targets. This is a full-time, in-person role based at the Islamabad branch office.
