Key Responsibilities
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive social media strategies customized for clients across various industries. You will work closely with account managers, designers, and content creators to produce and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos that resonate with target audiences.
Your duties will include scheduling, posting, and monitoring content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and others. You will utilize social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social to streamline these processes. Monitoring social media performance metrics and preparing detailed monthly reports with actionable insights for both internal teams and clients will be a key part of your role.
Staying updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices is essential to ensure strategies remain effective. You will actively engage with followers by responding to comments and messages and managing online communities on behalf of clients. Collaboration with paid media teams will be necessary to support advertising campaigns and optimize the performance of both organic and paid social media efforts.
Ensuring that all content aligns with each client’s brand voice and business goals is critical to maintaining consistency and effectiveness across all social channels.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience in social media management, ideally within an agency or client-facing environment. Proven ability to manage multiple brands or accounts simultaneously is essential.
Strong copywriting and communication skills are required to craft compelling content and interact professionally with clients and audiences. Proficiency with major social media platforms, current trends, and analytics tools is expected.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing tight deadlines efficiently. A creative mindset combined with a proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership over projects is crucial for success in this role.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
