Job Summary
We are urgently hiring dedicated Customer Support Representatives for a long-term role supporting a USA Travel Club campaign. This position offers a stable career opportunity within international customer support, based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. The role requires working a short night shift from 12:00 AM to 5:00 AM, with limited vacancies available. This part-time position involves approximately 25 hours per week, with work conducted onsite at our office. Candidates will receive a competitive compensation package, including a fixed base salary, performance-based incentives, and additional perks such as paid year-end holidays.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support to international clients, specifically for the USA Travel Club campaign.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently during the designated night shift hours.
- Maintain clear, professional, and fluent English communication with customers, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrate reliability and punctuality by adhering strictly to company policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive team environment and contribute towards achieving long-term business objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Age between 16 and 35 years.
- Strong command of English communication skills, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
- High level of punctuality and reliability.
- Willingness and ability to consistently work the specified night shift hours (12:00 AM to 5:00 AM).
