Job Summary
Genezone International Marketing Solution is looking for a skilled and committed IT Support professional to join our team at the Gulshan-e-Iqbal office. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our IT infrastructure by providing hands-on technical support for both hardware and software systems. This position demands strong troubleshooting abilities, system maintenance expertise, and excellent communication skills to support our staff effectively.
Key Responsibilities
The IT Support professional will be responsible for delivering comprehensive first and second-level technical assistance. This includes resolving issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, as well as software challenges involving operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business applications. Troubleshooting will be conducted both remotely and on-site to ensure timely resolution of problems.
Routine system maintenance is another critical aspect of this role. Tasks include applying software updates, managing patches, performing basic network diagnostics, and monitoring overall system health to prevent downtime. The candidate will also handle the setup of new workstations, deploy necessary software, and assist in managing IT assets and inventory control to keep the infrastructure organized and up to date.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a degree or certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent practical experience. Prior experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or a similar technical role is highly desirable.
Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows operating systems, particularly Windows 10 and 11, is essential. The candidate must have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365/Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. A basic understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and LAN is required to support network-related issues effectively.
Familiarity with common IT hardware and peripherals is necessary, along with experience using a ticketing system to manage and track support requests efficiently.

Working Hours
This role requires working from 6:30 pm to 3:30 am and is open to male candidates only.
