Job Summary
Maiji Tech is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team, focusing exclusively on the Australian market. This role requires proactive engagement with clients across Australia through phone calls and emails, effectively presenting our service offerings, negotiating terms, and closing sales deals. The successful candidate will be driven to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining accurate and timely CRM records. Collaboration with the sales team is essential to ensure seamless reporting and ongoing support. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.

Key Responsibilities
The Sales Representative will be responsible for initiating contact with potential and existing clients in Australia using phone and email communication channels. You will present Maiji Tech’s services clearly and persuasively, tailoring your approach to meet client needs. Negotiating sales terms and closing deals efficiently is a critical part of this role. Meeting or surpassing monthly sales targets is expected, demonstrating your ability to drive revenue growth. Maintaining up-to-date CRM records is vital to track client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups. You will also work closely with the sales team to provide detailed reports on sales activities and receive necessary support to optimize performance.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must be fluent in English, with clear and confident communication skills. While an Australian accent is not mandatory, it is considered an advantage. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales-driven mindset, showing initiative and the ability to work independently. Confidence in engaging clients and negotiating deals is essential to succeed in this role. Prior experience in sales or client engagement targeting international markets, particularly Australia, will be beneficial but is not explicitly required.

Shift Timing and Location
This is a full-time position based at our office in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13-A, Karachi. The working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time, aligning with the Australian business day to facilitate effective communication with clients. Attendance at the office is mandatory, as this role requires in-person collaboration with the sales team and management.

Compensation
The monthly salary for this position ranges from Rs45,000 to Rs50,000, commensurate with experience and performance. This competitive package reflects the responsibilities and expectations associated with driving sales in an international market.
