Job Summary
Trigency 360 is a dynamic marketing solutions agency headquartered in Karachi Division, serving a broad spectrum of clients both within Pakistan and internationally. As we expand our local sales operations, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities
The Sales Coordinator will act as a vital link between clients and our sales and internal teams. You will coordinate order processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness, preparing and maintaining detailed sales reports, quotations, and invoices. A key part of your role will involve following up on leads, inquiries, and payment collections to help achieve sales targets. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships is essential, as is ensuring the timely delivery of products or services. You will also be responsible for promptly addressing and resolving any client issues that arise. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the sales team to improve overall operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. We require 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role, demonstrating your ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for liaising with clients and internal teams professionally and clearly. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, is necessary to handle reporting and correspondence efficiently. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking and performing well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset are also critical to succeed in this role.
