Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Professional to join our team, specializing in custom clearance services. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic sales plans aimed at achieving revenue targets and expanding our market footprint. This position demands a proactive mindset to identify new business opportunities, nurture strong client relationships, and work closely with the operations team to ensure outstanding service delivery. The role is based at our Beaumont Plaza Civil Lines Headquarters in Karachi and offers a competitive salary aligned with market standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans grounded in thorough market analysis to meet revenue goals and grow market share within the custom clearance sector.
- Actively identify and pursue new business prospects through effective prospecting, networking, and lead generation initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of custom clearance services, addressing any client concerns promptly.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to meet the specific needs of prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and conditions to optimize profitability while aligning with client expectations and company policies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 to 6 years of proven experience in Freight Forwarding Sales, with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
